The space is suitable for up to 30 guests.

To hire the space exclusive to yourselves the cost would be £55 for 6 hrs maximum hire. For a shorter hire of 3 hrs the cost is £40.

The room hire cost is additional to any food or drink we provide and we are happy to cater for your occasion as well. Costs for this will vary depending on your requirements but we can accomodate most.

We hired the room at 5 Elements Café for my mum’s 80th birthday party and it was absolutely lovely.

From start to finish, it felt really personal and welcoming. The room was perfect for a family gathering, with a relaxed, homely feel that made the afternoon feel special without being overly formal.

The homemade food was excellent and clearly prepared with care. Everyone commented on how nice it was, and the whole setting made it feel like a proper family celebration rather than just a room hire.

A huge thank you to the team for helping make my mum’s 80th such a memorable day. Warm, friendly, personal and genuinely lovely — I would happily recommend 5 Elements Café for a private party or family event.
